By accessing or using TrendingBudget ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TrendingBudget Inc. ("we," "our," or "us").

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

TrendingBudget is a personal finance management tool that helps you track spending, set budgets, and visualize financial trends. The Service may include features such as bank account connections, transaction categorization, budget goals, alerts, and reports.

The Service is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, tax, or investment advice. You should consult a qualified professional for financial decisions.

The Service offers free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:

• Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date
• Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase or renewal if you're unsatisfied
• We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice before your next billing cycle

The Service includes a free tier with limited features. No credit card is required to use the Free plan. You may upgrade to a paid plan at any time to unlock additional features.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated means to access the Service (e.g., bots, scrapers)
• Impersonate another person or entity

The Service and all of its content, features, and functionality are owned by TrendingBudget Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of all financial data you provide to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide the Service to you.

The Service integrates with third-party providers (e.g., Plaid for banking connections, Stripe for payments). Your use of these services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrendingBudget Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
